Refund Policy
Aradhana Institute of Education
Aradhana Institute of Education is committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in all its academic and administrative processes. The following refund policy governs the refund of fees paid by students.
1. Admission & Registration Fees
- Admission / Registration fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Once admission is confirmed, this fee will not be adjusted or transferred.
2. Course Fees
- Course fees are non-refundable once classes have commenced.
- If a student withdraws before the commencement of classes, a partial refund may be considered after deducting:
- Registration fees
- Administrative charges
- Any applicable taxes
3. Withdrawal After Course Commencement
- No refund will be provided if the student:
- Discontinues the course midway
- Remains absent after enrollment
- Fails to attend classes regularly
- Is removed due to disciplinary reasons
4. Installment Payments
- Fees paid in installments are also non-refundable.
- Pending installments must be cleared even if the student discontinues the course.
5. Course Cancellation by Institute
- If a course is canceled by Aradhana Institute of Education due to unavoidable reasons, the remaining unused fee amount will be refunded to the student.
- Refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days.
6. Mode of Refund
- Refunds (if applicable) will be made through:
- Bank Transfer / UPI / Cheque
- Cash refunds are not permitted.
7. No Transfer of Fees
- Fees once paid cannot be transferred to another student or another course.
8. Policy Amendments
- Aradhana Institute of Education reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
- The decision of the institute management shall be final and binding in all refund-related matters.
